I guess the reason is simple. India is a way that it cannot influence the parties to the conflict, like as in to back off or modify their position. And secondly, obviously, India doesn't want its economy or any staff strategic interest to be compromised by taking sites, right? So it's better to be in Utah at this point in time, right
