Exercise - taking care of your health
So this is kind of reminded to me, and I thought other people listen to it and they feel like they can also exercise and do the things, keep up with their goals and meet their goals and feel better after they complete them, even though they're small goals. I didn't exercise for, like, really long, but I did do it properly. So that was the best part. You increase it slowly. You don't go from zero to 100

You know, when we for exercise it obviously, you know, our muscles they get toned and it causes some pain to because of the lactic acid and also we really avoid exercise sometimes but we actually forgot get that after we exercise and we rest our body feels really light and it is really important for us

You know, like, when you have exercise for a long time, your muscles become stiff, weak, and you know, going to start hurting. And that's why you aren't able to get tired easily, because your muscles haven't exercised in a long time
