And it just kind of helps you to get out of your negative thoughts because it's like you feel free from your negative thoughts for even a split second. You just feel free. And that kind of makes you feel a little better. And when you're sleeping, it's like you're not obviously not thinking about anything. You just sleep

What happens is that when people start doing this, they start sleeping there's, sleep all day and wake up all night and they completely flip from their routines. And because of the mental illness they are in, their hypochondriac are always in a delirium. And they just keep just in their own fantasy world. And through sleep, they try to cope up with what's going on in their lives. They'd rather sleep
