You just go to your bed and literally I literally lay on my bed and in 2 seconds I'm asleep and in the morning I said, okay, yeah, and it's so great. You feel much more refreshed. I think the more you exercise, the more your body will exert energy and it will feel much better. There's no point in storing up all the energy
