If you guys know what BMI is, it's basically like you calculate with your weight, your height, you calculate and through your age, you calculate the amount of weight that your body can sustain on that height and at that age. So if you're very over that you can be either fat or obese. And even obesity, it can lead to obesity and can be really bad for your body. It can cause health issues in the future, which I was talking about later on in this world
Not at all buddy. There was a really great topic to talk about. Being fat doesn't make you ugly. It is just who you are crying. Don't be insecure of anything. Whatever you have is great in you and I think that is the most important thing. You should not feel that. Try to find that hidden because. Just be confident of who you are because indefinitely. It was a really great topic to talk about. So thank you for making this well

Hello there. I listen to this villain. It's amazing. And what I want to say is that I am, like, pretty thin, like, more thin than I should be. So die. Kitty Patriot. Kitty Patriot. I know that in order to be healthy, like, adequate amount of weight is required, and I'm way too thin. So you should love yourself. That's the main thing. Thank you. I
Hi Tanishka. First of all, I would like to tell you that it was a great swell and I don't think that does does being fat make you ugly? Carrying the right kind of action attitude makes you ugly or beautiful? So thank you for posting swell like this and keep it up

Hi Tanishka, I think the topic you have chosen is really, really good and I think this is what everyone needs to hear nowadays, like boy or girl, anyone like everyone, one needs to hear this. And I think you did a really great job with this and we really need this awareness among especially youngsters and even middle aged people. Just because you're bad, it means you become ugly. No, it's not true. What makes you ugly?
It's really rude for someone to think that someone is ugly because of their personal thing that they have with people that are bigger. But no, it definitely does not have anything to do with anyone being ugly
So, yes, it's a matter of concern, but it cannot be considered against. Like someone being caught can never be considered ugly. Also, thank you for sharing this. Well

Kamakshi, thank you so much for replying. And what. And like, all the things that you have said, I completely agree with them that, you know, like, it doesn't matter how you look on the outside. It will not determine the that you have inside. Because sometimes, like I said, people can be filthy on the inside but look very beautiful

But thank you so much for sharing your experience. It really is, Cathy, that they do tell you a lot like, oh, my God, you are this, you are that. But it doesn't matter at the end of the day because who are they to tell you who you are? You are who you are on the inside. You know that very well. So it's just that we end up forgetting that because we get so many comments

Misha. Thank you so much. And thank you so much for replying. And yeah, it really depends on your character, your attitude towards others which you know reflects into if you are beautiful or if you aren't. So yeah, thank you you again for applying with the stay time to wise

And definitely not about being a member. It's just more personal. It's what you think about yourself, not what others think. So, yeah. Thank you so much for applying. And thank you so much for pointing out those facts that there should be more awareness because there really should be. And also thank you so much for the compliment I will continue to make as much as I can, which helps orders. So, yeah, thank you so much

And I don't see how you have a right to comment on it because I'm sure in many ways I'm doing better than you and probably you're doing better than me in other areas. But that doesn't mean my life is better than yours or your life is better than mine. And I feel like that is really rude. And people need to really learn that they should need to mind their own business

Thank you so much for sharing your views. And really and what he said was completely true that, you know, it depends to person and person like. Everyone has a certain like or a certain dislike. However, everybody is allowed to like a certain person and dislike us, a certain person. But that doesn't mean you're allowed to disrespect those people you don't like. I mean, it's fine. You don't like fat people, which I understand
Fat, not obesity. We should consider that as well. And there are people who are overweight and they should really take care of their health. I do agree with that. But not everyone like that. And being misunderstood like that is a really bad thing, right? I mean, I've seen some of my friends being misunderstood like that. I may not understand their pain completely, but I've seen them. It's safe to say I know at least a little bit of the pain
Tanishka Singh
@Tancy_0818 · 3:14
And if they don't match your wife, that doesn't mean you will disrespect them just because they don't match your wife. That is just wrong and really bad. Also, how you talk about that, some people are naturally psyched here. That is true. And that's why the reason why I talked about obesity here was because I think it's clear that I'm not trying to say that it is okay to be fat or it's okay to be obese

I get it that it doesn't really affect you that much. I'm sure it affects a little bit. But you have understood that it shouldn't because you are you. But sometimes if you know it's a bit too much or if they continue or if they repeat the same thing ever again, I think you should point that out to them and you should call them out for that because it's not healthy. It's not good for you to be listening

Hey Tanishka, your soil was really nice and all the points that you mentioned are really good. Like you said that children are not the only ones to blame for being fat and parents need to look out to them and they should encourage them to go outside and do some activities such as cycling and some workout or something and not allow them to eat junk food daily. And if they don't do all of this, they have no right to blame their child for being fired. That's true

And people should just live with an outlook of how can we help somebody instead of harm somebody? That would really help the people around. This would lead to happier lifestyles, which is more important than anything. And the physical deficiency we all know. And sometimes you cannot get over something like this just through exercise, et cetera. You need surgery, sometimes you need certain medical help and not everybody, he has the resources for that
Tanishka Singh
@Tancy_0818 · 1:18
Instead of just telling a child to stop eating a lot, you need to talk to them in a serious way. Instead of just passing comments every day like whenever you're getting fat, you should stop eating. Not like that. That's not the right way to do it. We need to tell them that it can cause your health problems and it would affect you a lot. Don't just talk about how they look. Talk about their health
Tanishka Singh
@Tancy_0818 · 3:42
And there are not that many sources to just help them help people who can't really fix it straight away. And yeah, exercise doesn't always help. Also, you talked about obesity, like relating to mental wellness. I talked about that before where I talked about that. In depression, it's easier to get tired. And when that happens, you just become lazy. And sometimes it happens during depression. You're so tired that you just keep on serving food as a way of coping mechanism

Okay, we have talked about including sex education into our curriculum for decades now, and I feel like counseling should be made mandatory in all schools and all educational institutions. We should spread it as much as we can because that's where we can get real help from. Now, as we progress day by day, we are realizing the importance of mental wellness and mental health as well

Harmonial changes are common in human, okay? It's not man or it's a woman, it's human. And if you can understand your harmonial changes, if you can understand what's happening around, there's nothing like it. And I think being happy makes it much more easier for your hormones to come down. So be happy around and look for how you can love yourself
Tanishka Singh
@Tancy_0818 · 3:27
But however, sometimes there are certain things that even a person doesn't understand. They have it. And through counseling, they can discover those things and it can help us to solve the problem before it even occurs. If it was in school, it would be so great, even great for me and great for a lot of other people. It is like you get to talk with someone. You are a psychologist. So I think what I'll say makes sense
Tanishka Singh
@Tancy_0818 · 2:22
It depends on how a person sees other person, which is completely true. And it's more opinionated. Ugliness. And beautifulness. Those things are opinionated once they are. In fact, you can be beautiful in your own life. You just have to discover that. You have to discover that in yourself and you just find yourself very beautiful more than whatever. And when anybody says anything else, you will never agree to that because to yourself, you look great. So yeah
