This is not Bhutan or any other state on Himalayan ranges. This is Tibetan settlement in Kanaraka which is near to Tamil Nadu and these settlements are made because of occupation of Tibet by China and those who didn't like to live under China mutual came to India and Indian government managed to set up a few settlements in order to preserve their culture and language.
