And I know it's not an easy thing to do to shift something that's been done a certain way for such a long time. So today I want to open the mic up to learn and listen from you. What has been your experience shifting your language the past few weeks? Have you found it difficult? Have you found that it's been clearer communications? Have you found that some of the phrases just don't work for you? Let's talk about it

Erosion of ideas and the erosion of helpful communication.

But as I read over the idea and the list, for example, of, quote, violent language, it occurs to me that these are simply chosen expressions that aren't actually violent themselves. They're simply a way of communicating an idea which is not the thing itself, but simply a humorous, colloquial, friendly, even aggressive way of explaining something that is important

So I think there's something to either of those because I'm also afraid to move too far into a way of speaking that doesn't allow for metaphor or for creative figures of speech. But then there's another part of me that is concerned with the way that we use our language because that's how we build, that's how we think. But, yeah, I can say I never really thought about it

In the workspace, though, that word was used quite frequent. When my uncles were growing up and they went to work. They use that word a lot. The N word was used all the time in school settings, in corporate settings, the F word

And I mean, that not in like well, just just in the in the sense that corporations are large and yeah, there's, there's, there's. hierarchies. I also just remembered that what you said about Twitter being the place where ideas go to die. I love that. I 100% am with you on that also. But yeah, it's infinitely interesting and to me, the concepts that you're bringing to the table are so interesting
