Therapy session #1

So you can imagine what it must have been like. The therapist was okay. I didn't really feel like he was that experienced or knew what she was doing. I personally felt he was overcharging. That's what most therapists do nowadays. And she gave this vibe of being a bit strict or rigid. Now, I don't know if that's my perception because you can feel really triggered or uncomfortable when you meet somebody new. Obviously nobody is perfect, but that was my experience

I have decided to take another session with the same therapist and let's see how it goes. I know it's not ideal, but I'm just trying to take a chance. And I am aware that I have nothing to lose, but I want a support system in my life. And since I'm not socially active, I mean, in person, I hardly go out and communicate or have friends. So it's really important, especially to have somebody to talk to specifically

I'm inspired by the idea of therapy. I've tried it before, but I've never been able to stick to it. Just like I've never been able to stick to going to the gym. And this has been my story for quite some time and I really don't want to think about the future right now because it's f****** depressing. And I'm mostly lying in my bed 18 to 90 yards a day and I've gotten so used to it
