Now several agreements will be signed with major universities in Saudi Arabia to support and promote yoga over the next few months. Yoga is a very exquisite sport. It is much more than some asnas and breathing. Yoga is an ancient sport that revolves not only around helping in the improvement of our mental and physical health, but also in uniting us all as one. After completing one session of Yoga, one feels more refreshed than after doing a cardio workout. Yoga helps us in always keeping a jolly mode. Yoga also helps build our immunity and keep it stable. Like they say, one apple a day keeps the doctor away

This is such an important piece of information and news that needs to be heard by many, many people and hopefully a lot of people in India, right? India is one of the largest countries that is a pioneer of yoga, right. We have so many people ranting about how yoga is important, but there is no action. Right. And yoga has so many benefits, right. It is a beneficial sport
