Staying fit and positive during trying times.

I started doing yoga and breathing exercises Aquarias in particular, and within a few days it started calming me down. I could focus better live in the present than worry about the future. All it took was a little bit of researching to find a program that would suit me and sign up for it

The soothing human voice

That was so helpful to hear the journey before you found the solution, because I think a lot of us are hearing about the journeys and without resolve. I think people are still looking. I myself definitely am, and I've flirted with the meditation music and the guided journeys that I find on all these apps. But the simplicity of breathing is not to be undermined. And I also wanted to mention something that I think is so timely

Would love to know more about the meditation course you took up...

So it would be great if you could share more details about the course that you enroll for. Was it something online or is there a website that I can probably check out? So that would be really helpful. As for how I'm dealing with stuff right now, I do try and have a 30 to 45 minutes carrier session every day to kind of channel out all that pent up energy. So that's helped. And of course, music has helped a lot

Hi Ramya, thank you for responding to my swell. The program that I signed up for was online and three day program. I've shared the link below and you could click on it to get to their webpage. There are several programs that are now being done online and you could choose from many. My suggestion would be to pick one that will appeal to you. This one works both for the physical realm and the mind. So there is a dimension of spirituality. It do check out the link

I also wanted to offer something else up and maybe addition to breathing that has been really useful for me as far as staying positive and keeping my spirits kind of level is this practice called Future Self Journaling that this woman, Dr. Nicole Pera. She also goes by the Holistic Psychologist. It's a technique that she developed and it's really quick only takes maybe about three to five minutes every morning
