You. All right, y'all. So this is Melissa Mitchell, aka. Sunshine Vibes. And I really just wanted to jump on here and talk about Louise Hay, because she is someone who really, really transformed and inspired millions of people. And I'm just so blessed to have one of her books called you Can Heal Your Life. And I opened it up, and in the back, there were two beautiful poems, affirmations words I wanted to read and thought I would just throw it on here

Hey, Melissa. That's so beautiful to wake up, too. I wanted to share a really cool documentary about her. For those who don't know Louise hey. I have some friends who actually kind of got involved with this talk, I think. So it's a great one for people to get introduction to. But your voice reading her words, that's epic. And it's just a great use of this platform. Wow. Thank you so much

There's so much to be said in that self love practice, and hearing it extended beyond baths and solo dinner dates is really beautiful when it can encapsulate your life and the choices you make to live it in love. Yeah, I've literally wrote down on a notepad as I finished listening to you read that, that you attract your mirror and all avenues of life. It's a simple thing that I've known

@DBPardes That video was definitely a joy to watch! Seeing and feeling the collective healing that takes place when people honor their truth…wow.

Out of your abundance of love for yourself is exactly how you will operate in the world. So thank you for sharing that video. I hadn't actually seen that one. I did know that she did work with Came in who had AIDS, and so that's kind of how her ministry, for lack of a better phrase, started

@dobbsty thank you for your honest response! I honor you as well 🙏🏽

That's one of the practices that I have learned from some friends who were taught by Louise Hay, not personally, but by her books. And so that's one thing that I just wanted to offer as a continued practice as well. She did talk about it in the video
