Monday Blues

article image placeholderHere's How to Rewire Your Brain So You Actually Look Forward to Mondays
But this article, of course this is not the first, not the last, but heard it elsewhere, read it elsewhere, gone through all the emotions, but still it's still a very good reminder about how we can do certain basic things to kind of gradually get rid of the Monday blues

But ever since I've started doing yoga and meditation in the morning, regardless of whether it's a weekday or a weekend, I have seen tremendous difference in the way I'm able to approach my morning and especially Mondays, right? So it's like bring it on. Ready for the challenges of the day. So I've seen that yoga and pranayam and basically breath regulation of the breath. Tremendously helped and enjoyed reading the article

Hey, sweet Jen sunrun. I wanted to thank you both for commiserating together. I think Mondays are tough, like you both said, for different reasons. Sometimes it's ancient feelings that never got exercised out of our bodies. I do think we are such chemical beings as you both mentioned, and we need the dopamine to kick in, to change our brain patterns. And we need that sense of a sort of not a rush of endorphin

But at the same time, it is the beginning of another period to do something more, to accomplish more. And that's how the human race is progressing and that's how we are where we are today, all in terms of art, in terms of language, in terms of science, artificial intelligence and interconnectivity. This is because there are some people who are not dreading Mondays. There are people who are working beyond the weeks

Hey beautiful people. Thank you for replying and sharing your perspectives. Great ideas, thoughts. Yeah, and what I found interesting in that article was it spoke to me in terms of how to approach Mondays because I dread them. But it's not like something that occurs in your head while you're thinking. It so subconsciously affect you. Maybe because I don't like the work I do, maybe because my passions are different. Maybe there are other reasons
