You can't see it, but you know that it will eventually come out. Likewise, the good days are hiding behind the bad days and they would eventually come at the end. Always remember that it's okay to not be okay. It's okay to take a break, to change your mind, to have a setback, to leave an uncomfortable situation. You don't have to blame yourself for everything. You don't need to feel bad for feeling bad

Hi. I hope you are thinking I completely agree with it. You know, sometimes people think that we are okay and we, you know, wear this mask of being okay and pretend to support theater. But sometimes it is okay to that you are not okay and you're not feeling good. Maybe you need restoration, you need some time. It is completely fine

Yeah, it's definitely okay. Just we have to make ourselves our priority and just focus on positive things. Focus on ourselves. Grow and then everything will be good
