Do you know why fertility rates are falling?

article image placeholderFar-right Congressman Madison Cawthorn urges women to raise their sons to be “monsters”
And I started laughing because if that's all it took for human biology, if I got my son to wear a hat and smoke a cigar that will make his testosterone level go up, I wish the human body worked that way, but that got me thinking, and I don't know how many of you read health articles like I do, but I just wanted to put a note out there that it is true that testosterone levels are dipping and infertility is increasing, rolled over

Oy.

Sudha, thank you for posting both of those links. And it's just really it takes my breath away because like you, there are headlines that we have to laugh at, right. And I know you laughed out loud. You were like, how absurd is this?

So, for example, here there's a University who is now trying to push a policy for fertility to be taught to women, basically because they fear that if they create career women and people are having babies later on in life, that they ruin their chances or reduce their chances of having kids. So instead of supporting them to have the life they want, they are still trying to push for. But you are women. So you should have to have babies

PFAS and masculinity..

Only the crony ones don't worry about that for the free market and business. But the damage that we do to our fellow human beings with these kind of things is unimaginable. So that is the first thing regards to masculinity and how the testosterone levels going down. And there was also another article, the research where the XY chromosomes, the male chromosome has become a bit of a redundant thing over the years. So that is a good research that I would also point out to further reading along with this

I'm not sure about food quality because probably we are having the highest amount of variety of food and quality of food is in general much higher than probably it was earlier because there's a general notion that we had better food back then. Not very sure about that. That's also a Gray area where we have to see with scientific data. There is a lot of these Gray areas that are casually thrown out when it comes to targeting on fertility and any of these medical things

Hey, Andrew, thank you so much for your post. I do agree that there are a lot of contributing factors, including, you know, lifestyle changes and so on over the last several decades. But there have been several stories studies done to show the linkage between decreased testosterone levels and exposure to PFAS, so definitely there is a strong link between PFA and fertility. Now, whether there is also a link between sedentary lifestyles and fertility and so on
