It's just after midnight now and it was actually a pretty good day today. Started getting a little anxious, but I took a CBD gummy and ended up feeling okay. So I don't know if it would have gotten worse if I hadn't taken it or if it really kept me from getting worse. I really can't say either way. I'm just glad that I didn't get worse
