Meal ideas for busy students?!

Sometimes I like to Bake, but that's pretty much it. However, a lot of food that you don't have to Cook is not healthy. Anything that comes from a box is usually pretty full of preservatives and microwave food is not that good for you. And frozen food isn't typically that good for you either. Which sucks because I don't like to Cook. And that's kind of like I feel like my only options right now Besides sandwiches and bowls of cereal

I am reaching out for suggestions again! This time for easy snack and meals that involve little to no cooking

And then on top of all that, I put, like, lemon pepper. I don't know where you shop, but I usually shop at Trader Joe, so you can get all of that there, but I'm sure you can get it at other grocery stores, too. But that lemon pepper just, like, makes it so good. I also eat a lot of pasta for, like, lunch and dinner meals. Pasta is super easy, and it still comes from a box

And then also wraps are really good. You can get like a tortilla or low carb tortillas and you can do like a BLT situation or you can I think they have at Trader Joe's already cooked chicken that's cut up. So you just heat that in a pan with some olive oil oil and then throw that in there with like lettuce and whatever other condiments you like. Or if you're vegetarian or vegan or whatever, you can just put some vegetables and like hummus and stuff like that

But I actually really like it. And so I was like, oh, I can feel like I'm eating pasta, but it's, like, just veggies. And you can just grab it out of your Tupperware of, like, prespiral zucchini that you made for the next couple of days and throw some sauce on there. And it's, like, so good. So, yeah, thank you for inspiring me

And I do like steamed chicken garlic at the same time because garlic is really delicious overall. But yeah, that's one of my cheapest way to do it because our school gave us free vegetables, which is all snap. I get a lot of things, a lot of vegetables and whatever they give me, I just use those. Yeah

So one meal that I could recommend that you don't even really have to Cook is a quick, like Caprese appetizer. It's fairly cheap at Trader Joe's. You just need to buy like sliced mozzarella, basil leaves, a tomato, preferably like a hard one. I think it's like better for this type of meal, if you know what I mean. When you're going to choose it and then like a Balsamic glaze or a drizzle

You can have it like a few times in one week if you want because all the stuff is usually not just for one pizza but yeah, I really like making little personal pizzas. Another thing I really like my go to I guess I would have to say is like Turkey sandwiches. Like sandwiches in general. That's like my favorite little thing. It doesn't have to be too fancy, just like cheese and meat and the bread and I'm good to go

So if you get, like, cheese that you like crackers, fruit, veggies dips, stuff like that, you can just make a big plate and kind of like it's like turning your snacks into a real meal, like do hummus and carrots and cucumber and maybe some fruit and some Ranch with your veggies, some cheese for some protein, some crackers for some carbs. Like, just kind of filling it out all the boxes. And then you don't have to really Cook anything

Salmon bowls! Bell pepper snacks!

But you put it over rice and then you can cut up an avocado, which is good for you. And you can put like Sriracha Mayo over it and you kind of just mix it all together and you can eat it with seaweed or just by itself. It's super good. I put soy sauce in it as well. That is a pretty easy thing to make. Emily Marco made it on TikTok and I just absolutely love it

And what I'll do, like, Monday nights usually aren't super busy for me. So for dinner, I'll make like a big batch of stir Fry or pasta or a little Chipotle Bowl or something like that that I can use as leftovers. So I'll only make like maybe two or three meals in the week. And then I'll eat those as leftovers. And then for lunch, what I'll try and do is I've really been into pot stickers lately

But you get to spice it up how you want like different meats, different cheeses, different veggies in it. And I think that kind of makes you feel like I'm healthy. I think something that I do do is I try to buy out more than I probably should, but it lasts more meals like I have leftovers. And for me, that's just how it works out better because I just don't have time to Cook

Well, every time I think of eating healthy for a milk, I just end up going to the software, and I would like to end up ordering a rack from them because those rats are pretty good and healthy, and they're very much like Savages. And I often have them Jas a milk, and they're actually healthy, too. And with that, I also have mineral water. I think that's a little bit funny, but I think plenty of water is also needed for healthy diet

That's a really good idea. I never thought that you could make, like, a no Cook pizza. I know they have, like, gluten free, like, P type things, so I'll probably get one of those Nanda, like, mozzarella and cheese Nanda sliced pepperoni. That's a really good idea. I thought about, like, no cooking pizzas. That's perfect because it's like, I don't even have to chop anything

That sounds so good. Yeah. I can just make, like, a big batch of rice in my rice cooker, and then I put it in Tupperware and then just, like, heat it up in the microwave and just throw some, like, salmon and avocado over. That sounds so good. You're actually making me really hungry

You know what? That's funny because I drink so much mineral water and sparkling water. Because I don't know, I just don't like plain water and like, honestly, when I drink sparkling water Nanda mineral water, I feel so fancy and it like, makes my snacks feel more fancy too. Bye

Hey. So I wasn't a big fan of cooking, like, living at home with my parents because my sisters would just do all the cooking for me. And whenever they were gone, then I would Cook. When I started living in Nanda, my boyfriend and we were kind of still lazy on cooking, we turned to Turkey sandwiches and we still eat them. We probably perfected them. And I think Turkey sandwiches are just, like, easy go to cheese Turkey spring mix

So Trader Joe's is one of my favorite grocery stores. And I feel like they have so many different options. They have little Fuzzles that you can make yourself. And they also have salads and wraps, Nanda, so many things and a lot of other frozen options that are really good as well. I personally love the soup dumplings with Sriracha. That is a really good one, in my opinion

I do love how Trader Joe has, like, already prepped stuff that you can just, like, throw in the oven really quick or like, just throw in the microwave really quick. That's a really good idea. They make cooking a lot easier because they just like, meal prep. Every single in for you

I totally get that sometimes, like, especially after a long day, can be kind of hard to prepare yourself a very expensive meal. So a few options. I mean, I don't know if how you feel toward where it's like frozen options or like, Bake in the oven, but Trader Joe's is really so easy and they have so many options. Plus, it's really good, too
