Geriatric Millennials
I myself did not get the memo regarding this, but being a Gen X or myself, I must be considered mum. Side as far as the workplace goes, all kidding side yeah, I was totally struck by that term. Never heard of it before and want to know what everybody else thinks? Thanks for listening

I think strategically, though, when people think about the workplace and the diversity and wanting to embrace everybody's perspectives and looking at the idea that you have someone in your staff that's seasoned or a veteran, these are all things that we have no water coolers right now. So we're sort of all stuck in our homes, and we're not vibing at the same level. So people should

I think it's born between 1980 and 1985. And I do know some absolutely fantastic leaders that I've worked with that are Ironically, right in that age zone. So I don't know if there's something up to that, but, yeah, we probably need to change that name
