So I would say my presentations are all 80% structured and 20% improv because I'm looking at the audience and I'm looking at do they look puzzled when I say something? Do they look curious? Is there interest that I can go dive deeper there? I look for that constantly. And I felt like my job is that in an ideal world, everyone in that audience leaves knowing something or feeling more confident about something than when they first walked in there

Client reception

So when you're working with clients and you have the same instinct, wow, this is not landing. What am I going to do here? I'm not vibing with them. Do you take a pause? Do you take a breath? Here's what we're going to talk about. It's just 60 seconds. But I think it does help and creates that sort of warmth and trust. And so for me, the Vision board is more about the feelings. Right. It's the experience and the marketing trends. It's really interesting that you should ask that, because one of the things that I am really curious about as we wrap up the by this year is think about how do we create more of an ongoing forum for our communities. I have a community, but it's very spread out across social platforms and thinking about how can I do something that brings everybody together?

Social Media is Splitting

Creating Community When community is private, it's hard to kind of take a measurement of what's going on when it's just between people and it's not out there. And this graphic is going to help you understand what she means by this. And I'd love some conversation around this. I find it really interesting. And we want to wish Shama a very safe trip back to Miami in Florida. But because this is well, we're going to be able to continue speaking with her
