But when you start to study architecture, federal policy, urban planning code, anything like that, eventually if you follow the trail all the way back, you will come to some sort of philosophical debate. So that's really important just to have in your mind as you're kind of approaching this whole topic. It really is a philosophy conversation under that you have the world of federal policy

And so I like to imagine cities potentially in the future where they're not designed around vehicles, so we don't have the grid like structure and we can have organically shaped buildings and design for humans to move through this space and then how we thrive and create spaces that are beneficial for our senses and for the way that we relate to each other. And so I find the things that you're offering here should be of importance in so many different ways
