article image placeholderUploaded by @Freshslade
But while you are responding, I'm going to make a vision board about how I want to be more social because I'm looking at my vision board I made about my career and how I want my podcast to go do really well and make me a lot of money and give me a lot of freedom. So. I love vision boards

My energy/motivation has hit a wall & I want to know yalls tips and tricks on accepting the decline: entropy

Accept the "blah." 👀

It shouldn't be pressure to feel like there's always a thought you have to express in the journal, you know what I mean? Mean, obviously, if you do it daily, that's one thing, but it's not always going to be exciting material, right? It's not going to be the best work ever. Sometimes it's just blah and blah is just fine

Just a quick response. Sometimes if you're not going out any Slade special or and you're not engaging with others in particular, the weather has affected whether you go out and mingle. What about reading? Are you a reader? What is your favorite genre? I know that reading, whatever your genre, or maybe you might want to venture out into a genre that is not necessarily your favorite

This is a person because they've already done all the things and achieved all of the things that hill be more likely to be open and willing and not see it as a competitive conversation to give you those nuggets of wisdom that you can decide if you would want to employ those otherwise there's YouTube university and all of these other resources out there for you to do that

Take a look at like, you know, how you're saying, I'm not upset, but then you realize maybe I am upset. Take the time to look like to search yourself and figure out what about this is upsetting me, what about this do I dislike? I'm sorry to hear about the apprenticeship. I totally get wanting to find an opportunity that would open a door to you having like a new adventure and new things occur in your life in a different city and stuff like that

Hi, Matilda. I just wanted to say thank you so much for that response. Because. Like. I was listening to some other responses. And it was just the way you said it. The way you approached it. I really appreciated because literally. Like. The next hour. You know. I was over it. That's it's literally how it flows for me. Because. Like I said. I did have plenty of obvious to do. Plenty of things

@Freshslade

I want to take the time to really listen to what they've said so I can give them an accurate response and actually incorporate. Or I should say tailor what I'm saying to hopefully actually be helpful. So I'm glad you didn't feel that I was, like, lecturing you or just telling you what to do rather than really taking the time to listen and things like that. I'm glad you enjoyed the response. You're so sweet

I highly recommend doing something childish to really just kind of break things up and kind of reground yourself. I hope you found my advice a little different and fun, and I hope you find something fun and childlike to do the next time you're feeling in one of these emotionally flat slumps. And I hope you find it as rewarding as I do. Thank you for this raw, honest feeling that you brought to the table. I appreciate the discussion. Thanks so much

I can simply appreciate the peace and, like you also said, appreciate how good socialization is, because I have been very solitary lately, and it did give me some sort of inspiration to make social interaction more of a prior already for myself. But I think that idea of going back to their child and doing childlike things or just nostalgic things that remind you of fun times from childhood, it's a great way to get you happy again. So thanks for your input
