Chest day

So we did cable flies from the top four sets of twelve and cable flies from the bottom four sets of twelve. And then that was really the workout this week has been really heavy. We've been maxing out, max out squats, maxed out deadlifts maxed out chest now and then the finisher. This is something that I've been doing for a really long time. This goes back about five years. I throw it in just about every other chest breakout

Maxed out on flat bench today, missed a new PR. Finished up with a crazy, humbling circuit!

And then I hear like, no, as long as you're doing the aerobic stuff, it's enough. And I feel like you got to do some of all of it right. But do you have a routine of which days a week you focus on weights and which days you focus on cardio and stuff like that?

So I would play around with it and I would just start small for some people just go to the gym and walk for 30 minutes on an inquiry on the treadmill and that's their entire workout. Some people like me go and go 1st 15 minutes I'm there, I'm stretching and warming up, then I hit the weights for about an hour and then I usually finish up with, like I said, about 15 to 20 minutes of cardio and then I'm stretching after
