Drinking water just after waking up

It makes us hydrated all day secondly. It also decreases our cravings in the early morning because after energy consumption during sleep we feel hungry. We feel to eat something great in the morning so drinking water reduces these cravings so we have plenty of benefits of drinking water in early morning so I felt like I should share these things so I share with you all. Keep going, applying you will feel a lot more changes in your lifestyle so bye

I was very much previously I used to get a cold cuff and all these kind of stuff very easily with seasonal changes. But as I included the warm water ritual in my virtual activities I think I have developed that immunity part or whatever you say now I don't have all these problems, I don't catch cold easily and I stay much than ever before
