Hello today. I just felt led to do a little five minute and I'll see if I can keep it smoothly under five minutes guided just just a simple relaxation, a little bit of meditation, body scan just for anybody. So whether you want to sit on the floor or sit in a chair or be standing is totally up to you. If you want to have your eyes open or closed, also up to you

Emily that was such a good, well placed swell. Inside my morning, I had just ended a meeting and started looking at some swells, and I I was on my yoga mat trying to multitask and just be in my body while I was doing this. And then your swell came up, and I followed your voice, and it was beautiful. I think it's such a great place to insert these things, because people are doing all sorts of things while they're listening
