So just a quick little end. Cap texas was one of the leading states that wanted to be an abortion. It seems to me by reading Texas Republican Party platform read Information page, they seem to to be not only wanting to ban abortion, but to take away women's rights in general. I mean, taking away the Equal Rights Amendment, that was the amendment saying that you cannot discriminate on the basis of sex

Wow. It's all I can say in reply to that. Wow. How sick can we go? Backwards and backwards and backwards. I mean, it's just unbelievable. That's the only word it is. Unbelievable. Capable

An example of really the old guard entrenching into what should be the future. So we have to to sort of disassemble them in a way that's so systemic, it feels exhausting, but we're going to do it anyway. I appreciate you. Thank you for bringing this up, and please stay strong

So is there anything that has happened in this recent version of it in the last couple of years that is very much different? Things have changed a lot, or is this the same platform they've had for the last decade or so? In which case it's not only that maybe we're paying attention to it, but it's been this extreme for a long time. I'm just curious, what is a trend there in Texas?

And by 2020, the party was ready to remind the world that Texas retains the right to secede from the United States, and it has become the country's largest red state. And this long ideological wish list this is all coming from the article that most conservative Texans knew would probably never actually come to light or become a reality in. This year has broken new ground because of the Supreme Court's right wing leaning
