The grade grades could be good or bad, and that could be just a reflection of how that person was doing that day. Sometimes you score high or maybe low, depending on if you're in the right headspace or not. So I just wanted to talk about that a little bit because it is a good question. And sometimes employers don't recognize that grades aren't everything, and teachers can also not understand that

Hey. So this is really interesting because I've been struggling with this topic a lot lately, honestly, because, you know, well, so I'm a journalism major and my math grade, my biology grade are not great. And it's hard because it makes my GPA look like I'm not the brightest. But then I don't know. I don't think that really reflects my ability to be a journalist

And I've had struggles in the past as well with certain courses, but with my major, I'm just more focused on that because I want to do well with requirements and everything I need to graduate. So I just tend to put more focus into the classes I really need for my major

I would say I feel like employers should judge you more based on your experience and your work experience and how much can this person contribute to what we're looking for? So I think that grades really depends. It could be someone else going through something or it could be they're not trying hard, but I don't think that really should reflect on something somebody and especially looking for jobs. I think it really matters, in my opinion, about your work experience

And it's just you can't even appreciate it because you're so stressed out over social th grade you're going to get in this other class that's just maybe, I don't know, it's just my thoughts on it, but I really appreciate you bringing this up
