You cannot have a healthy mind without a healthy body. You cannot have a healthy body without a healthy mind as well. But since mental health brain is the main decision making center so you need to first concentrate a bit more you can say on that. And then comes your physical health as well. Because physical health recovering physical health is far easier as compared to mental health. So the softer target for anybody outside will be your mental health

And of course it goes without saying that it also has a direct impact on our physical health. There's enough data to show that mental health and other mental illnesses can lead to heart and vascular diseases

When we say mental health is much more important than physical health sometimes because our physical health is somewhere dependent upon our mental health. So if our mental health is not good, we are mentally disturbed. We are anxious or depressed or very much disturbed from within. So what happens? It gets reflected outside on our physical health. And due to bad mental health, I had to suffer a lot physically
