But I really wanted to focus, I think, more on this part to addressing coping skills because I think a lot of us don't really have coping skills or we use things that we shouldn't for coping skills. For me, it looks like alcohol. I started drinking when I was 21 years old, right on my 21st birthday. It started out just weekends and things like that with my friends, and then it turned into there was always a reason to drink
