Is there more of a use of generalities versus specific actions from what was done that needs to be apologized for by just saying the words behavior and or actions is a form of vegging it out versus apologizing specifically for what was done? Two, is there a communication with some kind of sincerity? Does it look like a true sincere and sound like a true sincere apology? Three, has there been a discussion from the person giving the apology to the impact on the person they're apologizing to?
