Time away from work

We need a break from work. We are allowed a break from work. I think people who reach out to people on their day off should be slapped because that s*** is just rude. Like, let me have my time. Listen, whatever is going on at work, handle it. I'm not there, you know what I'm saying? But anyway, back to setting boundaries. So some helpful tips

Thank you for the tips. I think they're really good and really useful. Use my Do Not disturb setting so liberally. I'm kind of always on do not disturb. That's not true. But as much as I can be on it, that is my preferred way of being on my phone. And it's so important to set that boundary, I feel. And it depends on what job you're doing, but I've had jobs where I could tell or what happened

But nonetheless, hearing this post was an inspiration, and I would love to know if you do have any events nice for people who work for themselves, like things that I could do. I'll turn my notifications off, but I think sometimes I might have to bury my real phone on my day off too. All right, well, looking forward to hearing back, and thanks again. Bye
