Thoughts On Toxic Positivity

article image placeholderUploaded by @OwenWilsonsNoze
So today I wanted to maybe discuss a subject I came across. Well, actually, my mom had brought it up as I was listening to this guy speak about it. Yes. Toxic positivity. It's that when people don't they push it aside. They don't even want to go there. If some negative society uses negative vibes, pop up, sadness, anger, grief, all that, a lot of people will push on you this. How many people have heard this?

Lindsey, good subject. Good topic. As you know, I came across the other day and it struck a chord in me because when I had gone from the utter sadness, despair, the depression was relentless for years and years and years. You know, this. When I walked out of that, it was almost like magic. And I wish I could bottle it and sell it. When I found that joy, I thought everybody needed that, especially my family

Cause if you extinguish anything, you extinguish the opposite of it as well. So I say to those listening sometimes you need to be mad, sometimes you need to be sad. And once you know the reason why, I feel you will be better for it. And you can possibly work on these feelings to have a balanced compass of emotion
