It Gets Better

But then I allowed myself to cry and I allowed myself to feel those emotions. And after I cried, it actually felt so much better. And right now, I am in control of my thoughts, actions and emotions. I feel happy. I can actually smile. Like I'm not annoyed anymore. So yeah, it truly does get better. The moral of the story is that we should not suppress our emotions like panica does
