So it's crucial to address and regulate them. Will also feel emotions even if you don't understand them, address them or accept them. But it helps when you do it

It's a bag of emotions and every kind of emotion is over there anger, hate, frustration, happiness, smile, joy, curiosity every kind of emotion is there. And I really appreciate those guys, those human beings who actually express their emotions towards everyone else. They are pretty kind of expressive. I want to say I really appreciate those people and I really want to say that becoming expressive, becoming a person full of emotions is actually a good thing. It's a human nature
