What I do, what I expect, not directly from the person that was conducting the meeting, from the workers. Everybody had an opinion, and it was negative. The facilitator the director did nothing. That's how I know he does not know how to navigate it or bring people together. So I checked out. I checked out. I'm like, you know, do whatever. I literally got up and walked away for a moment, got some water because I felt myself getting heated
Luciana, how's it going? Work meetings can suck. I want to say, like, 85% of the time, they do suck. And the reason why is because it's more about what the employee what the employee wants you to do. Right? They want more productivity. They want you to make them more money for the company, and their reward is for you to put in more hours or to overwork yourself, basically. Even if they don't give you more hours, right?
