Movement is medicine

article image placeholderUploaded by @WarPig73
But once we do get up before our feet hits the floor every single morning, what do you think about? What do you do before your feet hits the floor to start your movement? Is it thanking God that you woke up thinking your own religion, that you woke up being thankful in general that you have a job? Being thankful to see the sun or to be lying next to the person beside you?

And I'm about to go out right now to get a quick walk in and you're giving me a little bit of mental what do you call it, a kick to really be present with how I walk and how I move out into the world. It's great because sometimes I'm not as thoughtful as I wanted. And now movement as medicine is my mantra today. Thank you

And killing means we move away from it, having the strength to stand up and go out on your feet instead of your knees because we all follow our knees for something. We all have weaknesses. And I love the fact that you delegate your weaknesses and make your strength stronger instead of for yourself. That's what I'm talking about. That's power. And more people need to see the example of power
