You can't give kids chips and top Ramen for processed food for dinner, breakfast, lunch. Their meals should not just come from the school, but it's a social problem that needs to be fixed. But what shook me is that you don't know someone's circumstances. Therefore you can't really put yourself in the position. If you're not experiencing that, it's just unfortunate inside to see it
I like to go to Costco, and every time I go to Costco, I get a 20 pound bag of rice, 20 pound bag of beans, and some canned vegetables just because I want to be able to provide for myself, my family, and also my neighbors and my community if it ever gets to a point where I need to. So I think we can be better prepared and show up and better serve
