Do you prefer pulling all nighters or getting more sleep?

I mean, it doesn't even have to be the exams in general, but I've honestly found such a greater appreciation for sleep and rest this year in College. I think it's because I have a lot more commitments on my plate and so I've realized getting more sleep and having a clear mind in the morning just works better for me now than it did in high school where I would stay up to like 03:00 a.m. Working on assignments

Preparing for finals!

But when it comes to my sleep I'm going to take it. I'll take the L and I'll sleep because I feel like lack of sleep is the number one killer and I don't want my physical health to suffer because of an exam

So I wish I like went to sleep at nine or ten on a regular basis but I usually go to sleep like after midnight regularly so when it comes to exams and like I procrastinate and cram I make sure I go to sleep at least by the like 03:00 a.m. So I'm not completely like passed out and exhausted while I'm taking the exam but yeah I definitely am one of the late nighters I guess if you will call it

In high school I definitely preferred an allnighter because I was just always stressed out about not getting things done on time and having to see those teachers every day. It was just in having the same classes every day. It was just so stressful of that. I felt like I needed to have everything done so I would pull all nighters all the time. But in College I definitely don't feel the need to do it as much anymore

Sasha. I'm definitely. I think I'm definitely more a person who likes to, like, do stuff during the day, and I just feel like whenever I'm thinking, I just, like, express myself, hope more so definitely more do work during the day. I really go to bed early and wake up early and do it. That's just, like, for me

Hi whenever I have my exams, I stay awake till the late night and go on studying just to complete the sea levels and keep on revising. I take only five to 6 hours of slip a day on the situation, though I know sleeping keeps our mind fresh. Still, I fear of not completing the revision before time, and so that's why I do this

Hey yes, I completely agree with that. I think in high school I didn't really prioritize sleep enough and so definitely it was harder to like retain information and somehow I sleep still did it. But I really started to prioritize in College because I know how much it affects me every day. So yes, I completely agree

Hey, Isabella, I completely agree with that. And I totally have transitioned to a better sleep schedule in College. It's kind of crazy to think about in high school, like how I operate did with sports and so much school and barely any sleep and yeah, I don't know. I just feel like I'm really proud of my growth in that area because prioritizing sleep is like a good habit to have for the rest of your life. I so totally with you on that

Like, it might as well just be fresh and ready to go and you'll probably be better. However, if the next day I don't have an exam, but I'm just doing work for the coming week or whatever. It's like finals, but I have finals later. I will pull it online and do a bunch of homework. I like doing homework online, but I can't study all night. I will fall asleep. I just can't do it

Hey thanks for sharing. I totally agree with you. I definitely feel like the concept of overstudying is really true and is totally something that can happen if you choose to stay up all night and just keep studying. At some point you need sleep for your brain. So I am in complete agreement
