Western resize, all known for its tribal communities. And I always used to observe that out of all these kind of interventions, the original inhabitants of those areas, they barely get benefited and there is not much happening to be helping them get trained and get established in the mainstream economics, whereas milk cooperatives were actually doing things. So the problem on one side and the solution on the other side are both right in front of me is what I felt

Sandeep, I have known you for so long now that you know. I know that spending a few minutes in your company is very inspirational. Right. And it is very infectious, that enthusiasm that you carry with you. So today I know that your parents have also been instrumental, I shouldn't say also actually, more or less, our parents shape our ideologies and belief systems, and it's wonderful that they continue to encourage you to walk the path right

And every year, year after year, there has been more than one lakh crore rupees allocated by government which is a very clear manifestation of its inspection that it needs accelerated rural development and it wants to positively impact the social development initiatives that apart the overall scenario of the NGO sector. The very word NGO wasn't there when we started our career. It used to be called CBO's community based organizations or voluntary organizations

Sandy, this is a very heartening insight. Thank you for sharing this. And it's you know, being someone who's on ground day in, day out, your feedback is very important. And you know, you are right. I think with more and more youth also being drawn in by organizations across India into social work, there definitely has to be a mechanism where our education system also equips them to deal with this, gives them the necessary skill sets

And I think we are dealing with almost 150 women artisans in which anything less than Rs50,000 in kind has to be gifted. And a whole training program has been scheduled around that. And we are hoping three to four X of incomes growth within two years of our associated with them. So an overall beautiful experience that I've gained in the last three years of my being here and hoping for some more. And let's see how it goes. Thank you. Bye

The other day I was in a university in Karnataka talking to about 150 MBA students. And to make the postlanch conversation more engaging and interesting with them I started asking them several questions about out what is the GDP of India and how much contribution agriculture makes and all that. And actually in a five minute sum up with them only we concluded that generally so called 40% wastage at the farm gate level
