It sits at an elevation of about 5358ft. The trailhead to this lake is from the west side of the park, so you have to go through rough Forest Service road followed by a gravel road to the parking lot area. It's a remote lake, and above where I took this shot is what's called Tolmai Peak Fire lookout up. When I got to the lake, there were tons of wild huckleberries growing everywhere, ready to be eaten. So I treated myself. Man, it was good
