And I want to first go to what I have here on my photos and I put this beautiful one up here about the road of life. We travel not to escape life, but for life to not escape us. Isn't that beautiful? Now I don't know who the broke backpacker is, but I grabbed it from them because I absolutely love this quote. So we don't go there to escape, but we go there to live

You're going to get back in your car and you're going to keep driving. Just like a vacation or just like a job. You get there, but you don't stay there forever. You have to keep going. And I like how you said we drive to keep up with life. Life keeps moving. Unless you die, you are still in that car. You could take a break. Everybody knows that. But you still need to get back in that car and keep going

And here's the whole purpose of me developing the Mind Health Network, developing this webcast, eventually podcast, eventually, radio show, all these things, my journey to get my degree in Psychology, Masters in Psychology, all of these different things. I don't want to be a licensed therapist. I don't want to sit there and do one on one. I want to reach the whole world and change everyone's mindset and perception of mind health
