So what I achieved in a day is bigger than what I can't do, what I couldn't do in the present day. So what I couldn't do was I was unable to achieve my targets, but I was able to finish all my pending work and that gave me a sigh of relief. And since I'm a team leader, it gave a sigh of relief to my team members as well

But at the end of the day, I think if you can focus on the silver lining, you can focus on the good stuff that really helps. So yes, definitely. This is a very good tip, I think for everyone who suffers from anxiety or any sort of mental laws or anything. That two things. That journaling is something that helps. Definitely it does
