Do you have the right stuff to be an entrepreneur?

article image placeholderUploaded by @LifeOrigami
B I discuss the issue with a trusted advisor, friend, and staff member. I like to think out loud. C I only need enough information to make a decision. I am more of a big picture decision maker, so if you answered a I start with research and gathering data. What I'd say to you is those of you who answered that question fall into an analytical group, and typically these people are able to consume and organize large amounts of information

And also being an operating LLC, we do have an attorney. We do have an attorney and an accountant as well. So I would say B. I have access to B, but my first answer is going to be C. Thanks a lot

@zejacques nice to meet you, find an equilibrium in your decision making style

Hey, Jack, nice to meet you. Thanks for weighing in and answering the question. Yeah, very interesting that you answered C in terms of being more of a big picture decision maker. And I have have to say that probably in my experience of doing this for decades, typically most entrepreneurs are big picture decision makers. I've also done a lot of work in my career with software, website and graphic design firms, developers

Hi lifeorigami. I am just getting back to this response now. Thank you so much for sharing and providing your your insight and coaching now. I really appreciate it. I think I don't know if I shared in the first post, but I purchased my first business this last year. It's an oyster farm. So you might be aware that agriculture aquaculture does involve a lot of analytics

@zejacques

And the manager goes, I just created all these systems and I just trained all the staff. And the technician saying, I'm going to keep doing it the way I've been doing it because it works. So there's that kind of dynamic that goes on. And when we're starting out and the business is smaller and we don't have people employed, we tend to be the entrepreneur, the manager, and the technicians all rolled up in one

So, like you said, when you're starting up a business, you might be the entrepreneur, the technician and the management, which can be tricky, but the actual product or service itself is going to be of high quality. Because that's why you start the business. You had something competitive or unique and you're maybe the rock star or the superstar, or maybe you and your co founder are

@zejacques be aware of the enrolment intention of the E-Myth

Oh, I'm glad you got some insights out of that. That book I was referring to was The Entrepreneurial Myth. Sure about the coaching? Have to be careful of those book because those books were written as brochures to enroll and provide lead generation for Michael Gerber. So just remember that when you're reading them. And, yeah, if there's anything, any questions you have, any way I can be a support, please let me know
