I'm very passionate about making people feel welcomed, making sure that people feel satisfied, and making sure that when customers or patients leave our facility that they feel like they have been cared for and they have something to remember us by. So my passion is to also tie that into my app, into my business. And if a patient or a customer or an employee, a student, anyone feels like they had a negative experience, they can voice their concerns on our app

And this is all part of the peer review culture that we've leaned into the last 20 years. Before that, the Village guy would say, hey, you got to check out these people. I just went to them last week. We were more analog, but in the digital space, people can get destroyed and not for the right reasons. So that's what I sort of feel with regard to the cycle of trust that you need to build inside this exchange

And another thing I wanted to bring up to about the brand being destroyed, my platform won't be the destroyer. The interaction between the business and the customer, that is what's going to destroy the business. If it's a bad experience, what am I looking to say here? I don't want to seem like the bad guy. My platform is just for customers and employees to be empowered

Hey, thank you so much for giving me that background. I really I get it now. The proof of purchase is really important. I'm wondering if people could actually remember that they purchased something and keep that proof. Really interested to see how this grows. And I really admire the solarpreneurship that you talk about and you seem really passionate and clear about it. And I think that you've got some of those are the ingredients. Yeah
