Does anyone care about Brownie?

article image placeholderUploaded by @avichand
Alright, so the picture of attached is a very beautiful, friendly and affectionate stray dog that people around him called Brownie. And he's a very sweet dog. He makes it a point to go up to pet dogs and he plays with them. So if someone is walking, he'll run up to that pen dog, he'll play with that pen dog and all the PED dogs are very fond of him

Here. We first of all, thank you for raising this topic. It's extremely important. I think it is literally, for me, one of the most important things in the world. And good to know that you care about these lovely babies. And you already have three of them, so that's great. I myself am a pet parent. I have a dog and a cat. Both of them are rescues. I feel you because a part of me. I do this very often

Now, sometimes people will give them quotes, winter quotes, but that's a very negligible number. How much can private citizens do? So. Like I said. We have to live with this situation for a while. But I think. Like I said in my first post. The government should really launch a sustained drive of sterilization of stray dogs. And there should be local civic bodies that sterilize dogs or puppies as soon as they are born. Or after six months of their birth. Or whatever
