Should the Weatherman be Fired?

He's trying to take control of the narrative and tell his own story, which I appreciate, but it just seems crazy that what he did in the privacy of his own home that was completely legal with consenting adults simply to reach someone level of sexual pleasure, is terminated now. But it doesn't matter, because if the bosses didn't get information about this, they would have kept him on. But the fact that they had to feel discomfort and shame because they wanted to sort of appropriate this moment to be a lesson, to show the world where their values are, I don't understand that either, because they could do that in many other ways

Leave the guy alone.

I am going to take a wild guess. Well, okay. It sounds like from the story, this is a situation where it was like a group chat room type thing. I'm going to take a wild guess that if this were one other person that he was chatting with and that one other person decided to ask him to his boss, that his boss would have not been firing him for that because what a scandal. But maybe the fact that it was like a group situation

They don't even pay any attention, don't realize that their actions outside of the workplace can impact their ability to continue to work at that company. And so those are things that perhaps he might should have thought about. I don't know what was in this person's job description. I'm just saying, the last four jobs I've had is, I've seen it
