I stopped the self-sabotage

So I really like, I'm so enjoying this foot mask right now, and I just want to share that that is my self care for the day. So thank you all so much for the love and for hearing me out. And sometimes being overwhelmed and kind of letting myself get overwhelmed, I forget that sometimes it is as easy as that as, like, taking a step back and breathing and recalibrating. A great reminder. And thank you for sharing. I love swell too, so I'm glad you like it. I think you have the perfect voice and energy for it. So I'm excited to hear more from you. You stand up immediately if you're sitting, and you put a huge smile on your face and you give yourself a compliment. You praise yourself. And it is that part that it kind of rewires your brain, because when you smile, you release that hormone. You know what I'm saying? You release the happy I don't know what it's called. I'm not even going to get scientific. I just know that it works. That soft technique works
