Hello, so glad to join you guys!😊

Hi everybody and thanks Sofia, for the summary and the introduction. Actually I've been working for almost 20 years in the corporate world and then after that the collaborating with NGOs. I normally collaborate with many of them in different fields, but it was great to actually work for one operating in Mozambique from almost a year, managing the Madrid office and helping to develop the strategic vision for the NGO. That was a fantastic experience as well

Next steps?

Thank you, My, good enough for going into detail. Yeah. That moment that you described with balancing the uncertainty in your career and balancing that with with personal relationship issues and health issues, that seems like a very intense moment but also beautiful that you took it as a chance to reflect and really cool that you start a business that you love that much

And everything that you're saying about your goals in your personal life and your relationships with your family, it's really inspiring. But going back to the business side of things or career things, I like that. It is so tied to your Icky guy, to this diagram of purpose. Right. I wanted to ask you what the biggest lesson you've learned is in starting your own business and starting your own project and getting it off the ground and have it be a working, living thing

@r.o

Well, tofu the biggest lesson for me after all these years working and starting businesses and working for others, working in all different types of sectors as well, is what that has given me is a very solid professional base. I've been surrounded by incredibly good professionals and incredibly good companies and also the ones that I set up, I was surrounded and had the chance to meet very interesting people. And I love to learn, I'm constantly learning

And the way you describe your relationship with your children also reminds me of just there's a time and a place for when we really settle into who we are and what we want, and we ask our relationships to give us that and we almost have everything rises with the tide, right? And I think that when we are solid in our understanding of ourselves, people rise around us and they get more comfortable with us and they get more supportive of us because they see us being so grounded

Now I'm very much in the need of talking to someone that can shed some light in terms of my strategic vision for the business and see how can I reach the potential that I can see is there. But I need to have this informed dialogue with someone that can help me reach that potential. I like to share things. I like to ask for advice and for help
