You have to do this for at least seven times and I'm pretty sure you'll feel better. And in case you still are not able to get that temporary piece or that sudden rush of calmness, then you can try to perform simple exercise one more time, okay? Like if you have done it for seven times, try it for the 8th time. And if you're still not feeling better, try it for the 9th time

I think doing exercise will definitely reduce anxiety and we should just be positive and focus on ourselves make ourselves priority then of it will be good

Hi, Manalika. I hope you're doing great. And I have been listening a podcast a long time. And, yeah, I totally agree with what you said. Like, these are the simple, very, very simple activities that we can continue a weekend. Adopt in a dark. I started to feel less anxious, I would say. I literally got an idea. These tips are very much information for me. I do find it very relatable
