It helps. But in this lifestyle of 2022 that is one thing, but still car they are never used to such things. So there is a problem. I can understand that because it happened with me as well. Right now, meditation may be then I'll start doing it for more time. But I know it has wondered but I for some reason, I don't know why, but yeah, maybe after replying to you on this well, maybe back. So thank you for this

But currently I'm into yoga. Like stretching my body out, taking five minutes to breathe in the open air. So these are the steps that I am taking to get into a healthy, meditating life. Thank you so much for coming up with this. Thank you
