What has been your biggest challenge?

It is not usually the perfect diet or the perfect exercise program that gets you results. It is consistency. And in order for consistency to happen, you need accountability. A lot of people will tell you that you need discipline, but discipline is not actionable. It is accountability. All right, if you have any questions at all, feel free to drop in the comments. I'm very new on Swell, so I'm not really sure how the app works yet

Hello Ajitesh. It was great to hear you. So my biggest challenge so I am a healthy person and I am not overweight but I am health. So so I've been facing issues in reducing my weight. So if I do excise or dice too, then also somewhere my weight is very stagnant and it just remains the same and I don't see any changes in me. So if you have anything about the stagnant or that the stagnant weight about something like stagnant weight, it do let me know

I couldn't exercise or diet, but lately I realized that motivation is not what you need. You have to do it because that's what will lead you to your goals. I mean, you exercise or you die. Because you have to do it. There is no need for motivation. If that message you get to understand, then there won't be any problem in weight loss

There are so many different reasons, and in order to figure it out, I have an entire podcast episode which addresses the different possibilities and how you can overcome them. So keep it up. And I do agree that motivation can be fleeting. A lot of people rely too much on being motivated to achieve their goals. But it's also because people don't spend enough time figuring out why they want to achieve their weight loss goals. And it's a very surface level thing for a lot of people that I just want to lose these couple of kgs. I just want to do it as fast as possible
