But I started putting on weight and I started to see the consequences of my cravings in areas like my waist, my stomach, my hips, all the areas that you just don't want to put on weight on. But yeah, that is what happened. And I didn't really feel good about it. And I tried a bunch of things. I tried gym. I hired a personal trainer, paid him a very hefty sum

Hey, Nivea Dita, thank you so much for inviting me to listen to your podcast. It was very fun. It actually didn't feel like a podcast. I felt like I was talking to somebody on the phone and just listening to what they had to say. But on a whole, very fun to listen to. I would say especially that age of 1819 and going forward, until you're about 26 or 27, you are always figuring out what's better for your body
